Deposits and Booking Conditions:
When making your room or apartment reservations, we request a deposit of EUR 150 per adult guest.

Check-In / Check-Out:
On arrival day, your room or apartment will be available for check-in after 12 noon. On departure day, we request that you check out by 9:30 a.m., allowing us time to clean for incoming guests. Either on arrival or departure day, we would be more than happy to make a room available to you where you can store your luggage or change clothes. If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please notify us in advance.

Floor Plans and Description of Amenities:
Floor plans may vary slightly from the actual room.

Payment:
Please pay on the evening prior to departure in cash (Visa, MasterCard, EC-Karte). In the event of cancelation, Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions will apply. We strongly recommend taking out additional Holiday Cancelation Insurance.

Pets:
Pets are only permitted by prior agreement.
