Hill-country cheese, farmhouse bacon, a variety of cold cuts and jams, Vitality Bar with a selection of cereals and grains, boiled eggs, fruit basket, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Pongau milk and mountain water.

After a walking tour you need a refreshment. Enjoy our farmers-garden-snack with many vitamins and delicious soups. Every day from 15.30 until 17.00 (drinks are not included!)

In the evening, your taste buds will be treated to Erika's gourmet dinner:

• lavish salad buffet
• variety of spreads with freshly baked bread 
• ladle your own soup out of the big soup pot set out for you 
• select from 3 main courses (changing every day) plucked from the worlds of international and traditional Austrian cooking (we also offer a daily vegetarian dish as well)
• sweet finale from our big dessert buffet
